This Shipping Policy sets out how Kexle manages order cut-off, handling time, transit estimates, free shipping, and tracking support. These pages are written to remove uncertainty, define the store's responsibilities, and show customers what to expect at each step. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
  • Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.

Business Days are Monday-Saturday and do not include public holidays or carrier closure dates. If information must be verified before dispatch, we may email the customer before the order moves forward.

SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Customers should review the shipping address carefully before payment, including unit number, postal code, region, and phone number when required. If delivery cannot be arranged to the address provided, we will contact the customer. Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

An order can ship in more than one parcel when item size, packaging protection, inventory location, or carrier routing requires it. Any split arranged by us remains covered by the same free standard shipping promise.

Sports Towel Packing Notes

Kexle towel parcels are checked for towel format, color set, package count, and included accessory before carrier handoff. Running towel packs are reviewed for all three towels and hanging loops, cooling towel orders for the towel and ventilated pouch, and long training towel packs for the two longer towels and reinforced borders.

A Kexle shipment contains the listed sports towels and included pouch or loop details only. It does not include apparel, water bottles, gym equipment, laundry detergent, cooling gel, fitness coaching, or training services shown or implied by lifestyle settings.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.

When a parcel is delayed, damaged, or not updating, contact us with the order number and any carrier details or photos available. We will review the shipment information and assist with a practical resolution. For condition-based questions, photos of the item and packaging are more useful than general descriptions alone. For towel and cloth orders, return review may consider fabric condition, unused status, package count, absorbency-related listing details, and cleanliness.
